I have fallen into the shadow's realm and gone out through a door of light, I have ran and flown on burning wings and rose covered in ash. I went from the roar and pain of life in the cities and the sounds, to a quiet house within a town, in a land so far away. and for once I am not going to school. Although the boredom is threatening to overwhelm me, and I feel kind of sad, I also feel a kind of relief. No more college professors telling me my potential, telling me to work hard. No more mathematics that I playfully answer, and thus annoy the teacher, no more poetry class where I have to listen to bad lines of poetry from people. No more sitting smoking my cigarettes on the porch listening to the emperors and fools of the campus. Perhaps I miss all that. I'll have to go back to school eventually.
